Meet Lianne creator of Super Mumma Fitness - postnatal exercise classes where you take baby along! 

“Before launching Super Mumma Fitness I was a personal trainer and gym instructor at Studio 360 Fitness in Billericay. I’ve always enjoyed helping others improve their condition and confidence through exercise. It was during personal sessions and gym classes that I found my passion for helping mums and my interest in postnatal fitness. I love teaching my classes and seeing so many mums make great progress while having fun along the way!”

Lianne is a super bubbly and lovely lady and she encourages all her pupils to have fun and enjoy the classes. Going along for the shoot I was pleased at how much laughter there was and the ladies really enjoyed themselves. Being a mum of three I would have liked these classes as you take your baby along so no worrying about childcare or feeling guilty for not being with them. Add in the fresh air and meeting other mums as well as doing exercise - seems like a win win to me.
