What I collect I may collect the following information: name and family details contact information including email address and postal address, demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests.
What I do with the information I gather I require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
Internal record keeping.
All the personal data I hold is processed by myself in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within Light blue Software (Uk based) and also my Photobiz website (USA based). I do not pass your details to any 3rd parties unless for a specific reason that you have agreed to prior to me passing the information on. (For example, a magazine may wish to use your images and also to contact you directly to discuss for an article.)
I will normally periodically (depending when I remember) send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which I think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. From time to time, I may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. I may contact you by email, phone, or mail. I will only do so IF you opt in on your client agreement and you will always have the opportunity to Opt out by letting me know at any time.
How long will I keep your data I keep your images for as long as possible electronically – they are archived after approximately 12 months but can be retrieved for a small fee. Your information that I use for marketing purposes will be kept with me until you notify me that you no longer wish to receive this information.
Security I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect.
